Hello everyone! It’s a new year and Garden City Realty is starting this one off right. Throughout the years, Garden City Realty has undergone many different changes, but for the most part, our building has remained the same (the exterior, at least). This year, Garden City Realty has freshened things up a bit. We now have a lovely new roof in our perfect shade of blue, as well as some landscaping that features lots of South Carolina’s state tree, the Palmetto. See how we’ve grown!
